Return Policy for Artwork Purchases

Thank you for choosing to purchase artwork from Elise Judd. Elise takes great pride in the quality and authenticity of her original creations. However, she understands that sometimes circumstances may arise where you need to return your purchase. Please read the Return Policy carefully to understand your options:

1. Damaged Artwork:

Artworks will always leave the art studio in pristine condition, form there they are put into the hands of Australia Post or other reputable couriers. Therefore if damage occurs during transit please notify me within 24 hours for insurance purposes. To expedite the process, kindly include clear photographs of the damaged package before opening the delivery and once opened.

2. Change of Mind:

Original Artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

3. Custom or Commissioned Artwork:

Please note that custom or commissioned artwork, created specifically for you, is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective. We will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

5. Packaging and Shipping:

When returning the artwork, please use the original packaging materials if possible to ensure safe transit. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance for your protection. Returns will be at your cost and we will cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
