Growing up I used to love to roller skate. My mum would drive me to the Bullen Roller Rink and I would hang out with my friends. Many good times were had there (even if my brother did break his arm in the speed skating session one night).

This painting, I hope, reminds the viewer of a more carefree and simpler time.
