This work is reminiscent of a bygone era, when we stayed in the sun all day lathering our bodies with baby oil. It has an original vintage map forming part of the background. It reminds us of a time when the car would be overloaded with kids and legs would stick to the vinyl seats because of the heat.

The silver in the painting makes the piece have a different feel through out the day as the sunlight changes.

This painting, I hope, reminds the viewer of a more carefree and simpler time.
